Chamomile

Chamomile is a calming herb; some traditional uses of Chamomile are calming the gut when it comes to acidity, indigestion and gas. Therefore, you can say that Chamomile is a desired herb when dealing with a hernia or irritable bowel syndrome. The interesting quality of Chamomile is that it's also known for being antiallergenic. Congestion and hay fever, asthma, eczema can be managed with Chamomile. When used topically (in conjunction with the other herbs in this blend), it can be aide with bites and stings as well.
