Ingredients: Lemongrass, Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Peel, Ashwagandha, and Peppermint.

  • Lemongrass is well known for its digestive properties. It relaxes the gut muscles to relieve cramping and gas. The other potential health benefit of Lemongrass that is not largely mentioned in the fact that it is a mild sedative.
